Approximately 90% of our clients choose a fully custom design path. We work with GIA-certified diamonds and loose stones sourced at wholesale pricing, and our in-house CAD design process gives you a photorealistic preview of your ring before a single stone is set. The result is a ring that's genuinely yours, not something pulled from a display case.

Our studio is centrally located in the Alpha Rd corridor of North Dallas, making us easily accessible from virtually every major DFW community. Below are the areas we most frequently serve, with some context on why couples from each area choose to make the drive.

How far do your clients typically travel to visit your studio?
We regularly see clients from across the DFW Metroplex, from Frisco and McKinney in the north to Irving and Grand Prairie in the west, and from Garland and Mesquite in the east. Most clients tell us the drive was worth it after their first appointment.

Do you serve customers outside of Dallas?
Yes. While our studio is in North Dallas, we serve couples from across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We also work with out-of-state clients who are visiting family in DFW or who have been referred by previous customers. Remote consultations by video call are available for initial design discussions.

Is there parking at your studio?
Yes. Our building at 4201 Spring Valley Road, Suite 560 Farmers Branch 75244 has parking available for all visitors. The studio is located on the 5th floor. Please call ahead when you arrive, and Max will meet you at the elevator.

Can I come in without an appointment?
Our studio operates by appointment only. This ensures that every client receives Max's full attention for the entire visit. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Appointments can typically be scheduled within a few days of inquiry. Click here to make an appointment.

Do you offer virtual consultations for couples in the DFW suburbs?
Yes. If you're in the early stages of planning and prefer to start with a video call before visiting the studio, we're happy to arrange that. A virtual consultation covers diamond education, design preferences, and budget, and many clients find it a helpful first step before an in-person visit.
